Terms and Conditions c168 – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

C168 is an online entertainment platform operated to provide gaming services to eligible users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and c168 ("Company", "us").

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and c168.

In the event of any conflict between a translation of these Terms in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.

To register and use c168 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Is a citizen or lawful resident of Malaysia
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or gambling restriction list of any authority
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using false information

One account per individual: Each member is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of balances.

C168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. The KYC process includes submission of a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and relevant payment documents. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

C168 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of secure and trusted local payment methods:

• DuitNow (real-time transfer)
• FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost

All deposits are processed instantly once confirmation is received from the payment provider. c168 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

The account used for deposits must be registered under the same name as your c168 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the original source, subject to applicable processing fee deductions.

Withdrawal requests may be made by members who have met the following conditions:

• The KYC verification process has been fully completed
• Wagering requirements for any received bonus have been met
• No fraud or suspicious activity is associated with the account
• Minimum withdrawal limit met (subject to the selected payment method)

General bonus conditions:

• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members

All games available on c168 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent testing bodies. This ensures every spin, dice roll, or card dealt is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

Game outcomes: Results generated by the gaming system are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, server-side data records will serve as the definitive evidence, not the display shown on the client screen.

• Use of third-party software, bots, or any tool that automates gameplay is prohibited
• Exploiting software bugs for gain is prohibited and any wins obtained through such means may be voided

C168 members are expected to engage with the platform and fellow members in a responsible and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of a c168 account for any illegal activity

C168 reserves the right to take action against any member who violates these rules, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and freezing of associated funds.

Voluntary Closure: Members may close their account at any time by contacting the c168 support team. Prior to closure, all unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the payment method used for the original deposit.

Suspension by c168: c168 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member if:

• Suspicious activity or fraud has been detected
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Request from a relevant law enforcement authority
• Member found to be an ineligible individual (e.g. underage)

C168 is committed to responsible gaming and the well-being of all our members. The platform provides the following tools that members can activate from their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Cap the total losses allowed within a set period
• Betting Limit: Control the maximum amount that can be wagered per round
• Play Break: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close account upon own request

• Data loss resulting from unavoidable technical failures
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including game software providers

However, if any loss is proven to have resulted from the gross negligence of c168, our liability is limited to the amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

C168 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of significant changes through:

• Notices displayed prominently on the platform's home page
• Version date update at the top of this document
• In-account notifications for significant changes

Continued use of the c168 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.
