In today's digital age, many Malaysians spend more time on smartphones than on laptops or desktops. Recognising this, c168 has invested seriously in building a mobile app that is not just a "smaller version" of the web platform, but an experience truly optimised for mobile screens.
The c168 app is available for two major operating systems — Android and iOS. Android users can download the APK file directly after logging into their account. The small file size of around 28MB means the download completes quickly even on a standard mobile data connection. For iOS users, the app is accessed via Safari and can be added to the home screen for native app-like convenience.
One thing that sets the c168 app apart from many other platforms is its loading speed. Many online gaming platforms suffer from lag or slow load times, especially on 4G networks. The c168 app is optimized with lazy loading and smart caching techniques that ensure game pages load in minimum time — delivering a smoother, uninterrupted playing experience.
On the security front, the c168 app uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communication between your device and our servers. This means your personal information, account data, and financial transactions are always protected from any intrusion attempts. Additionally, two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login (fingerprint or facial recognition) add extra layers of security for greater peace of mind.
In terms of game content, the c168 app gives you full access to every category — slots with hundreds of titles from international providers, live Sports Betting with real-time odds, interactive fish shooting games, and Live Casino with real dealers. All of this is accessible from one app without switching between different platforms.
Managing your finances is just as easy through the c168 app. You can make deposits via FPX (directly from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — all in just a few taps. Withdrawal requests can also be submitted directly from the app and are typically processed within a few business hours.
C168 app updates are released regularly to introduce new features, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with the latest Android and iOS versions. Users will receive an in-app notification when an update is available, and the update process typically completes in under a minute.
For those who prefer not to install an app, the c168 web platform is also fully optimised for mobile browsers. This responsive web version delivers an experience nearly identical to the native app — with all features including deposits, withdrawals, games, and customer support fully available.
C168 is also committed to responsible gaming practices. Through the app, you can set daily deposit limits, session time limits, and activate a self-exclusion period if needed. This is part of c168's commitment to ensuring every user enjoys a healthy and responsible entertainment experience. For more information, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
